Would you condemn someone by the kinds of nightmares they have? If not, idk why you'd condemn someone for the kinds of intrusive thoughts they have.
A compulsive person has the same amount of control over their intrusive thoughts as you have over your dreams and nightmares.
Your subconscious isn’t your fault. It’s ridiculous to hold judge people for thoughts that are defined by how much you don’t want to have them.
btw intrustive thoughts can result from ptsd, generalised anxiety, adhd and other things that are not ocd.
